26.02.2008 - now it's official: CULTES DES GOULES signed to the wellknown label BARBARIAN WRATH. The label is a very great underground label with such incredible acts like FAUSTCOVEN, TEARSTAINED, COUNTESS etc. pp. and I am very proud to be part of this community now. Thanks to these guys for that chance and for the support they gave me in the past. The debut album will be named THE HOUSE AT THE WATER. It will be released before summer, the label told the community in an unofficial statement. Hell has been recorded

28.01.2008 - Yes, it's true- this night i have recorded all remaining tracks from the new and first CULTES DES GOULES album. It was hard work till now, with lots of up and downs. I hope the last miles will be a bit less exciting- my old, dead heart isn't made for such kind ofhectic. Well now everything is in the box. I am starting with the process of mixing and arranging the last synth. stuff this week. Somewhere in the middle of this an interested underground label gets a raw mix- and this will decide if Hell becomes a full-flavoured CD. Carpe Noctem!

Tracklist for HELL

26.12.2007 - After the first recording sessions with my new equipment everything is well. I have recorded 7 songs by now (means: basses, clean and distorted) and only vocals, synths are left before i head for the sound stuff. However, i have chosen the songs which will appear on the album with the working name HELL: 01) Introitus 02) The Outsider 03) Blood 04) Hell 05) The Lake 06) Mondscheinsonate 07) Ritual 08) Of a king long dead 09) Brown Jenkin 10) The Messenger 11) The House at the water 12) Alice (Sisters of Mercy) This release will have a total running time of roundabout 45 minutes. Recording and Networking

11.09.2007 - Friends, we are not dead, but we are still recording. As i mentioned in out mailinglist, we think we'll end up somewhere in octobre with that work. Our labelsearch goes on, but we allready found possible candidates now- stay tuned! While Azmo and Timothy prepare the music, i was busy with our websites: now you can listen at MP3.de to our stuff. I also opened a blog, in which i will post from time to time.

New Design

19.07.2007 - Yes, we are dead, but we still are doing stuff: we worked on the new homepage design last month and finally: here it is! Have fun and enjoy the new look and feel of CULTES DES GOULES. Drop me a line if you have any comments on this.

Line Up changes

21.06.2007 - i proudly announce that CULTES DES GOULES is now a band. Timothy (Roadkill 13) and Azmo (Roakill 13, Atargatis) have joined the ranks. Both will play guitars and basses and hopefully improve the sound of CULTES DES GOULES a lot. With that new line up we will record the upcoming longplayer we call "HELL". There is a bit more information in the about-page of our webrealm.

New Demo PURGATORY now available

17.06.2007 - Dear Friends, i am very glad to announce that i have just mixed down the new demo called PURGATORY. Its available (as usual) for 5 Euros. You can also have it as a free download, if you are interested in releasing the whole album HELL by the end of this year. Listen to it at MySpace.com or in the Downloads-Section.

11.06.2007 - I just uploaded a brand new song from the upcoming demo entitled "PURGATORY". The song is called "BLOOD" and is inspired by Bram Stokers Dracula. Please notice, this is a preview and the sound may change when the complete demo is mastered. Listen to it at MySpace.com

06.06.2007 - The new Title of the upcoming Demo-CD is "PURGARTOY". "PURGATORY" is the last demo before the recordings of "HELL", for which we are currently looking for label. If you can help, drop me some lines via email please.

24.04.2007 - We proudly announce that the demo ARISE is now available for labels and other interested parties. You can download it for free after writing us an email with your concers and why you are interested or you can receive it via snail-mail for just 5 Euro (Europe).

23.03.2007 - The new website is online. I don't care about good design or whatever is necessary to have major success. This realm is for the music i did in the past and i do in the future.
